These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the CaterTech website and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with any rights and obligations arising under applicable South African law.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, images, availability and pricing. Commercial equipment specifications may occasionally change as manufacturers update products. Where a particular dimension, specification, connection requirement or feature is critical to your intended application, please confirm it before ordering.
Product Images
Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour, finish, packaging or appearance may occur because of photography, display settings or manufacturer updates.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). The applicable price and any additional charges will be shown or communicated before an order is finalised. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it subject to applicable law.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. Displaying a product on the website does not constitute a guarantee of permanent stock availability.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Orders may be subject to payment confirmation, stock confirmation, delivery feasibility, fraud or security checks and correction of genuine listing errors. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the customer will be contacted and an appropriate resolution provided.
Payment

Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure appropriate access for large commercial equipment.
Returns
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African law.
Installation
Unless specifically stated as included, product prices do not automatically include installation. Commercial electrical, gas, refrigeration or plumbing equipment should be installed by appropriately qualified persons where required.
Warranties
Products may carry manufacturer or supplier warranties where applicable. Specific warranty coverage may vary by product and manufacturer. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
